Finishes Finish Descriptions Finish A: Natural Maple with Satin or Semi-Gloss Tung Oil finish. Finish B: Stain finish with Satin or Semi-Gloss Tung Oil finish. Finish C: Wrap finish. Available in a variety of sparkles, pearls, glosses, and satin flames. Subject to availability. Finish D: Lacquer finish. These are available as automotive finishes, solids, or clear coats over a stain finish. Sparkle Lacquers add 20% to the cost of each drum. Stains A stain finish allows for the natural pattern of the Maple Shells to stand-out. Each Stained Drum is Sanded, Stained, and Finished in a Tung Oil by hand. This process is very time consuming, but the end result makes it well worth it. Wraps Mapleworks offers several "stock" wraps, others are available by special request, but are subject to availability. These wraps add durability to a drumset, and come in a variety of sparkles, glass glitters, pearls, flames, and gloss finishes.
